EAOSHC Good news Story
Last term, the children from EAOSHC had an unforgettable adventure during their much-anticipated excursion to Hervey Bay! The day was packed with fun, laughter, and special memories as the group visited the vibrant water park, explored the beautiful beach, and enjoyed a movie at the local cinemas.
The excitement kicked off at the Hervey Bay water park, where kids zoomed down slides, splashed in the pools, and soaked up the sunshine in a safe, supervised setting. Next stop was the beach, where they built sandcastles, dipped their toes in the ocean, and enjoyed a picnic lunch with friends. The day ended with a relaxing trip to the movies, where everyone got cosy with popcorn in hand to watch a family-friendly film.
It was a day full of smiles, connection, and community spirit. Staff praised the children for their excellent behaviour and enthusiasm, while kids called it “the best day ever!”
We love seeing our EAOSHC children thrive through shared experiences, and this Hervey Bay excursion was a perfect reminder of the joy that comes from learning, playing, and growing together.
