Amanda Borg is a proud Wiradjuri woman based on Cabrogal Country of the Darug Nation. She brings more than 30 years of experience across legal, corporate and Indigenous governance environments.

Throughout her career, Amanda has worked closely with C-suite executives and Boards, providing trusted administrative support across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. This includes several years supporting both a large organisation and its Indigenous joint venture, where she came to understand the discipline and discretion required to help boards focus on strategic and community impact.

In early 2026, Amanda founded Darnan Business Solutions, a 100% remote executive assistant and business consultancy delivering executive support, governance administration and board secretariat services to organisations across Australia. This role with Stepping Black aligns directly with that purpose, and she is honoured to bring that same commitment to the Board.
