A deadly day on Sunday organised by Stepping Black fr Reconciliation Week
Held at the Alexandra Park over the weekend, plenty of families enjoyed the painting and weaving stands on offer with a few extra traditional based games and activities as well.
A great day held to recognise an important week.
We acknowledge and respect the First Peoples of the lands, waters, and skies where we live and work. We acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded and that this always was and always will be the lands, waters, and skies of the First Peoples. We acknowledge and respect ongoing connection to Country, Community, and to the oldest living cultures in the world. We respect Elders past and present and we act respectfully considering the generations to come.
