I am Dale Chapman Yuwaalaraay and Kooma born in Dirranbandi in south west Queensland on Yuwaalaraay and Kooma tribal lands.

Imogene Percival

Director
Imogene Percival is a proud Woppaburra and Quandamooka woman living on Meanjin Country, Brisbane. In July 2026, she joined Stepping Black as an Independent Director, bringing experience in governance, law and public administration to support the organisation's strategic direction and growth.

Tracy is a Gamilaroi woman, Dietitian/Nutritionist, Beauty Therapist and founder of Wattleseed Nutrition, Health and Wellbeing. Wattleseed Nutrition is a 100% Aboriginal owned business based on Gubbi Gubbi/Kabi Kabi Country, Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Tracy is an accredited Wayapa® Wuurrk practitioner.

Amanda Borg

Secretary
Amanda Borg is a proud Wiradjuri woman based on Cabrogal Country of the Darug Nation. She brings more than 30 years of experience across legal, corporate and Indigenous governance environments.
